1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
You provide unboxing video/photo proof (mandatory)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personal care items
Cosmetics & beauty products
Items with hygiene risks
Used, washed, or damaged products
Products without original packaging or accessories
Clearance or “under ₹199” special deals (if mentioned)
3. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement depends on product availability.
If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
The return is approved
The product is picked up and inspected
A replacement is not available
Refund mode:
Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
COD orders → refunded via UPI/bank transfer
Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after approval.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
